PreSpring Wake Up Call, Ring A Ling

Normally January is the standard month where everyone decides to introduce a "New Year" resolution, yet with a whopping 93% failure rate, statically most of you have already given up & failed. I have done some research on why this is & how come the month of January in particular is never the right month to begin something new.

Many of the months leading up to first of the new year energetically hold that flair of life, excitement, travel, celebration, good times, with a heightened feeling of purpose. January however feels like the complete opposite in fact, crashing down from the holiday high emotionally, mentally & physically. That energy alone depletes the bodies system, becoming even more unenthused to really do anything, let alone commit to a resolution that requires a lot of fuel & power that just isn't there.

While January technically should be the month of recuperation, February is actually the time when people begin to wake back up (just like nature). This is when people can see the actual effects of the last few months in full spectrum, reevaluating their current state of affairs. What used to feel tolerable now begins to become heavy emotionally, physically & energetically from over indulgent behavior or just because life got in the way.
