underneath all the layers of conformity there exists the inner child
do you ever look back and wonder, who you could have been from childhood, if the people wouldn't have gotten in the way with words to criticizes..if the adults in your life as a child would have been more nurturing to your authentic spirit rather than that of the child that they see that suits the needs of the family verses the needs to your own authentic self..do you ever wonder how many times as child you had eat the nonsense of the adult chatter chirping and chipping away at your physicalness wanting to conform you to their rules and regulation diminishing the fact that you are your own self, your own spirit, your own entity with your own portfolio of life awaiting for you to show up in the beauty to which you were created, and not by the molding of someone else life experience harboring you from self exploratory discoveries..do you ever wonder why you are the way you are and what is missing in the seams of the threads that connect your inner child to that of the mind body and spiritual experience..underneath all the layers of conformity there exists the inner child waiting to blossom in its own threads of life waiting for permission to come out and express its authenticity proudly and gloriously without any apologies or permission even in your adult form after all these long years of living dormant..we have been limited and conditioned by society, culture, religion, to act and behave by an expectation that might not have ever been ours to begin with, and one we had to abided by in order to survive life as it was dealt to us, even when it was not ever ours to bare..we have raised our children to our personal beliefs and ways without ever getting to know them as individuals souls looking to evolve in their purest form while taking the time to encourage and parent them according to their own specific map and who they are in their own sacred light..instead we create visions of what expect and what we want them to be and maybe just maybe there would be more love and compassion in the world if we were given the chance to be our own individual self instead of that of what everyone else wants us to be creating a falseness to our self we spends years rebelling against..sometimes when we discover the journey leading back to our truth and uncover the map to our authentic self do we realize and see all the blocks and limitations that were put before us as tools for us not to be unique and beautiful in our own individual way..sometimes we are taught through fear by somebody else's experience that something is horrible or wrong based on the one teaching us the experience that has nothing to do with us at all..they usually come from the emotional deposits that were left on them at a young age transferring onto us emotionally physically mentally spiritually, creating generations upon generations of misleading and fraudulent misperceptions..i look at my daughters, and see sometimes them carry my experiences with them in a non serving way that has prohibited them from evolving within their own space of life honoring their own personal truth within the nature of their own personal growth..i think to myself will they be able to do the inner work, that i have spent years undoing to release my inner child from the basement part of my kingdom , freeing it from the mistaken identity i once believed i was..i wonder to myself how much i have fucked them up and will they be able to unknot and unravel the treads i might have tangled unintentionally while raising them out of how life created me..thankfully i have witnessed an originality in my daughters that has been beautiful to watch and discover while they undress the spiritual part of them selves staying true to themselves..i have never pushed my love for specific things and over time both of my girls have embraced a love for crystals in particular and things of that nature in their own time that i never required them to have or own, that now they both love and use and wear on a regular basis..sometimes we need to practice the intention of Namaste instead of looking to create a mini me persona or trying to bend mold create someone to fit into the box that is the shape of a star, recognizing the divine spirit within another by the divine spirit of your own..it is here in this specific threshold we will find peace and freedom to express all the beautiful attributes that we are, while giving way for others to be able to do the same..peace love faith hope
