this month specifically was dedicated to love, magic and pagan sex rituals..FYI

bastille my heart as I love to watch a good whitewashed celebrated PAGAN festival creatively molded into a saint holiday to better serve its "people" politely without any threads of unholy beliefs, oh but yet it does as I cackle in my witchiest way.. we for century's have unknowing participated in pagan ritual without ever realizing it and have even encourage our children to do so as well..we have inadvertently given ourselves and our kids permission so to speak, to solicit in this updated 20th century culture a ritual simply by passing out love notes with enticing and luring sweets no less to others children..in ancient times before we had the "church" come in and change a couple of things, this holiday was referred to as the day of love lotteries..young girls would put all their names in a jar and each boy would pick out a name, pairing them off together for the entire month of February..why, because this month specifically was dedicated to love, magic and pagan sex rituals..FYIim afraid to tell you also and let you in a very historical yet google it secret, that you are practicing an ancient form of lupercalia which is a pagan roman ritual of fertility devoted to the queen of the gods and patroness of marriage, JUNO..just sayen.. its a beautiful festival that celebrates lust, sex, erotic behavior, love, sacrifice, marriage and all the things that we should never actually be ashamed of, that some how we have been taught to believe we should be..WHATEVER..you can package something up and decorate it with ornaments to cover up its original existence to fit your neat and tidy little square box of beliefs..in essence though, you cant change what it really is underneath all the centuries of  hushed secrets and disguises those chooses to manipulate the system with..be proud of its pagan ways and its organic and earthy beautiful spicy ritual ways especially if your participating in it!!..peace love faith hope <3 <3 <3
