A Mexican getaway!

I've been purposely absent from my everyday life this past week enjoying the much needed "vacation" from this life in general..I'd like to refer to it as a well deserved check out and check into aTulum break..we all need from time to time one of those which eran and I have never had together..call it our over belated honeymoon 7 years later..I see life in waves sometimes like now as our vacation slowly boils down to the end as sad as that feels in this exact moment!..it takes you in and out of everyday happening rhythmically allowing you to choose how safe your going to be or not depending on the emotional weather of your everyday waking life..with every ending is a seed growing for a new beginning..Sometimes, we have an unnoticeable undercurrent just like the sea, that can be treacherous to the undetected eye, yet appearing harmless and yet so beautiful to anybody looking from their own sea shore..vacation time should be a mental health antidote prescription as an alternative solution.. just saying..I sat at the beach the other day pondering and thinking about life, my beautiful life and watching the water tell it's own story of living..I connect in many ways with the sea itself, of naturally being able to go deep within and yet gracefully, softly, gently move slowly into the shallow aspects of my life as well in harmony..Vacation to me is about being able to enjoy and embrace the simplicity of each day, while surrendering to its laid back ways of being unaccountable to the gadgets of life that don't take precedent in an unplugged kinda way! Sometime you just have to temporary drop them like a mic and let some shit go to actually arrive and be present in your vacation taking the adventure by the horns for a needed ride!Even if you don't get to go to the beach, it is imperative to the human mind body and spirit to find a way to "break" and unplug from your everyday existence and become relaxed and carefree..to imagine yourself in a place that brings you serenity and happiness while washing your soul with tranquility and warmth and genuine overall kindness..Our last day of this wonderful and first ever mexican vacation was spent in a downpour of rain that might have made it nearly impossible to enjoy when you come for the sun and the weather..the beauty of being able to connect and surrender to Mother Nature opens the door for other happening to take place..what could have been a boring day turned into a local adventure with a new friend we met!Life takes you places you are supposed to go freely with the natural rhythm of life..road blocks appear at times as warning signals to get your attention to review your quest and mission before you continue in the same path..enjoy yet also pay attention when the universe sends its message..so as I try catch the last bit of sun before returning to the never ending winter cold, I take a breath in an allow space to create this moment into what will become a memory and look forward to what life brings in its place..see you on the other side!peace love faith hope
